Everything one listing touches

A title, a stock count, and a sale are the same fact seen from three angles. CrossList Pilot keeps them in sync instead of three separate spreadsheets.

Listing creation

Build a product once, with the fields eBay and Amazon actually require, and push it live from the same screen you priced it on.

SEO content, drafted for you

Turn a rough spec sheet into a keyword-front-loaded title and description — sized for eBay's 80-character limit, not guessed at.

Design templates

Image galleries, cross-sell blocks, category boxes, and custom HTML — build a listing or storefront layout once and apply it everywhere.

Stock that stays honest

Every sale and every restock logs a movement automatically, so the number on screen is the number in the box.

A real sales ledger

Every purchase and every sale, per SKU, with fees and margin — not just an order count.

Bulk tools

Revise prices across hundreds of listings, import a catalog from CSV, or schedule a batch to go live at once.

See what's actually selling

Fast movers over the last 30 days, ranked by units and revenue, so restocking decisions aren't a guess.

Multiple accounts

Run more than one eBay or Amazon account from the same dashboard, each with its own connection and defaults.

Price watch

Log a competitor's price against any of your SKUs and see the gap at a glance.

Your flight plan

Four steps from a spreadsheet to a working listing.

01

Connect your account

Link eBay (and Amazon, once you're approved) so listings can push straight through.

02

Add a product

SKU, cost, condition, and a rough description — the details you already have.

03

Generate the listing copy

Get a title and description built for search, ready to edit before it goes live.

04

Track stock and sales

Every order updates your stock count and your ledger automatically.

Where things stand today

CrossList Pilot is early. A few things worth knowing before you connect a live store:

  • eBay listing push works once you've connected your seller account.
  • Amazon connection is pending Amazon's SP-API approval process on our end — it isn't instant, and we won't claim it is.
  • Competitor price tracking is a manual log for now — there's no clean public API for live marketplace pricing.
  • Buyer messaging, auto-feedback, and auto-relisting are built and ready, but only start running once an eBay account is connected.
